Various floor mounting options are available to ensure your frame sits level and secure. Options may include floor mount feet, casters, heavy-duty leveling feet, adjustable feet, anchoring base plates, and more.

Faztek has designed hundreds of machine bases for all types of machinery and equipment using T-Slotted aluminum framing. What were these bases used for? Some of the most common machine base applications include four vibratory bowl feeders, test stations, table saws, CNC routers, and laser marking systems.

Work Benches and Work Stations have numerous possibilities, ranging from a small unit for garages and work areas, to full-scale assembly areas and assembly lines. This product is great for creating a “Green” and “Lean” manufacturing environment. The inner cavity of many t-slotted aluminum extrusions can even be pressurized to provide quick and easy access to air tools. This is achieved by using Faztek’s pressure manifolds, integrated directly into the modular aluminum framing!
